Savoring Sushi and Homemade Dragon Fruit Lemonade for National Nutrition Month

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe dragon fruit
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 4 cups water
  • Honey (optional)
  • Lemon slices (optional)


Instructions:

  1. Cut the dragon fruit in half and scoop out the flesh with a spoon.
  2. Use a fork to mash the dragon fruit flesh until it's broken down into small pieces. Make sure to set some diced dragon fruit aside for garnish.
