This strengthens the cells of your hair follicles, promotes hair growth, helps transfer natural hair sebum to the rest of the hair, and helps to promote a healthy scalp. Only wash your hair once a week. This prevents you from stripping your hair's natural protective oils. Go all out for your hair and set a hair date once every week to take extra special care of your hair.
